Have you any time faced problem of compatibility issue in office 2000, XP or 2003 opening MS Office 2007 files? Method 1: Making compatible in Office 2007 itself.
After you have finished preparing the document, spread sheet or presentation in office 2007, go to Office logo on the top left corner of the title bar.

Select ‘Save As’ again, a sub-menu opens and click ‘power-point 97-2003 presentation’(I want my power-point presentation to be compatible, this doesn’t vary to other Office formats(word, excel)).
This saves the file which is compatible with earlier office formats.
Method 2: Make Compatible using File Format Converters software.
File format converter is the software which is installed along side with office 2000, XP or 2003 to make office 2007 files compatible with office 2007 earlier versions. After installing this software you can open, edit, files of office 2007.
